General KHIT 107.5 Contest Rules:

• Must be 18 or over and an Arizona resident, unless otherwise indicated in the contest announcements

• Must be able to produce valid picture ID to claim prize in person at the KHIT 107.5 studios, within 10 business days of winning prize. Prizes can not be mailed, due to the risk of being lost in the mail.

• We will ask for your Social Security Security number. This is for tax purposes. If you win more than $600 worth of prizes in a calendar year, you will get an IRS 1099 form and have to report your winnings on your taxes.

• You may win once every thirty days.   You may only win a cash prize once every ninety days.

• No purchase is necessary

• There are no prize substitutions. Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash.

• Some prizes have restrictions, or expiration dates and do not include gratuities.

• Prizes not claimed within the allotted time revert back to the radio station and will be used as door prizes at the company Christmas party.

• KHIT 107.5 reserves the right to revise these rules at any time without notice.

• There may be specific rules for a particular contest, which supercede these rules. Call 887-1000 to see if there are special rules applicable for a particular contest.
